About us

We offer a full range of services, including mortgages, and have specialist knowledge in a number of areas, one being equity release.

We are extremely proud of the fact that the majority of our business comes from referrals from our existing clients. This tells us that they are extremely comfortable and completely satisfied with our friendly, yet professional, approach when giving them financial advice.

At Greysmere Associates Limited, we are committed to offering our customers the highest possible standards of service. In so doing, we are pleased to support the Financial Conduct Authority initiative "Treating Customers Fairly" (TCF).

In adopting the TCF principle, we recognise that fair treatment of our customers is about adding value to the services we offer, by aiming to:

protect the interests of our customers at each stage of the product life cycle, from promotion right through to after sales service.

meet as best we can the unique needs of each customer by offering a transparent, efficient and professional service, and constantly reviewing our service to identify areas for improvement.

We recognise that both we and our customers have everything to gain if we look after their best interests and treat them fairly in all aspects of our dealings with them.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

Equity release involves selling or borrowing against your home. It may affect your eligibility for state benefits, your ability to move house, and the amount of any inheritance you may leave.
